They are extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable but most important to me is that they don't judge me if I have a panic attack. I would give them a thousand ⭐ if I could. Thank you for helping me with my issue. I felt stupid and scared but they really were friendly.If you have mental health issues and need help with vaping, this is the best place in town. That is my opinion. I will be back.

Recently visited new bridge store and was made to feel very uncomfortable, visited the Gyle and staff couldn’t have been more helpful, welcomed in straight away, spent time talking me through products. 10/10 experience

Very friendly and experienced staff, they took time to make sure I got the correct vape and showed me how to put it together and fill it, as this was my first one. They were very patient with me which I appreciated.

Long review but needs shared. The two staff on duty today 21/01/23 at the Gyle store are great ambassadors for the company. They are very helpful, they are very friendly and most importantly they know their customers!I need my nicotine shots to be 'hidden' when I purchase (unapproving spouse) and they are both very helpful in helping me to hide my craving.5* to both of them for their customer service. I will be hard pushed to go anywhere else and that would only be if the shop was closed.I really must get their names as I have to be more personable with them both.

I came here by chance as I live nearby and have made this my go to shop for all vaping needs. What sets this place apart is the staff. They are both friendly and very knowledgeable. I'd like to give a special mention for Klaudia. She always serves with a smile and takes the time to advise me on my vaping needs, showing me tips and new products where necessary. She's the main reason I keep going back. I'd highly recommend this shop. Mark.

I revisited vaporized yesterday after a few years of giving up vaping. I went in to the store, not really knowing what I wanted but Klaudia was there to greet me warmly and kindly asked what my needs were. After a short discussion, she advised me on the smok ipx80 kit. She taught me that it has the capability to handle mouth to lung and also straight to lung which was the main issue I had when trying to choose a vape online. 15 minutes later, my new vape was all set up, my spare coils and new e-liquid was all packed up and I was on my way. Renewed my loyalty card and left the store happy.Thanks again to Klaudia for her help and tips on the device I bought.
