Got a call on the 22nd of last month at 9:52am about a recall" from someone.Told me they had space to book me in at the blackburn site and then upsold me a winter care packI accepted And even agreed to the upsell as the salesman was good.But that is where is went pear shapedNo email confirmation nothing.On the day of the "appointment" no one called or confirmed anything. They had thr audacity to get the blackburn branch to calk me today about the same type b.s and didn't even have any information on the previous bookingAbsolute shambles"

Nice dealership stock but difficult to speak to someone every time I have been, and the parts counter is like coaxing blood from a stone for anything other than a transactional conversation. Feels like a massive inconvenience. Can’t be bothered spending money here.

My boyfriends car was being repaired he is full of praise for the business- the staff are very knowledge and always go the extra mile,they are fabulous. The waiting area was very comfortable and well equipped with lots of great complimentary refreshments. My boyfriend says that this branch is by far the best branch he's been to over the years.

I had my engine oil and microfilter changed today at Bowker Mini Preston. My appointment time was 11.35 but as I wanted to play indoor bowls I asked if I could drop my car off early to which they agreed. They said that my car would be ready about 1.30pm. I waited until 2.15 pm for a phone call to say my car was ready to pick up but didn't receive a call so I phone them. I could not get through after trying twice. Eventually I phoned reception who said they would get service to phone me with an update. I didn't receive a call so I called again to which I was told that my car was put back to be done later since I dropped it off early. I was really angry as I wasn't told when I dropped it off that they would do it later than they agreed. It's on on this. I was waiting all afternoon at home waiting for a phone call. I thought it would still have been done at 11.35 and ready at 1.30 as they told me. Just because I didn't want to sit and wait for it to be done I was penalised. Bad management

Recently acquired a new i7 from Bowker's and I couldn't be happier! The car is phenomenal but the whole process was first class! Hat's off to Adam Howard who made the experience a pleasure!

Bought my x7 from here, was very simple and easy, purchased the car within 2 hours of speaking with Chris. Chris kept the process straightforward and painless for me, had the car delivered to me in no time. Very happy with the purchase.Couldn’t get anything for free out of him though! Haha

An overall excellent dealership, fair to deal with - no horse trading on an overpriced car. Decent P/X value offered too. Extremely professional (dealing with Seb) and car itself was well prepared and exactly as described. Recommended.

Overall good experience, travelled from Newcastle to pick up new car. Tom was helpful and through in some rubber mats however noticed a slight car dent on the driver door and asked the dealer if they would repair this or reimburse me once I get quotes when I got back home but got told unfortunately it’s now been prep and once prep they cannot do anything. This was very disappointing considering I travelled from Newcastle and if I had seen the car prior to purchasing it I would have asked the dealer to repair this. Just disappointing and not what I would of expected from a main dealer.
