Peefer is the best! We’ve only had positive experiences with Denise and all her employees! They always accommodate our doodle, Oliver, and have always been pleased with their services! On the rare occasion if I felt Oliver’s groom needed a bit more taken off, Denise and staff were willing to resolve the matter immediately! Proud to be a longtime customer of Peefer, because this shop demonstrates community which is what I look for when shopping local!

Peefer is more than just a great pet shop. The level of service is extremely high. The advice of nutrition, lifestyle and general well-being for our dog has been so valuable. The grooming team is also worth a mention, we have never had a bad experience, it takes skill and patience to deliver a good dog groom. Thank you, Peefer - keep up the good work.

Absolutely love this groomers, they listen to you as to how you want the cut to be. Greetings from the staff is really good. Give it a try I am sure you will love it .

owner systematically attacking one star reviews really screams “great customer service here” doesn’t it?!of all the groomers in our area, peefer was the only one available at short notice. perhaps should have taken that as a warning.also- almost everything about the reply is wrong. including the sex of my dog. really genuinely cannot stress how awful this shop is and how awful the groom was. NEVER USE THEM!!

Staff are so helpful and knowledgeable with a genuine passion for animal care. Lovely selection and very high quality goods stocked. Store is always so clean and pleasant to visit!

What a delightful experience! Took my girl to Peefer for her first official grooming session today and it went so smoothly!My girl is a senior rescue, so I was really concerned about the level of stress and anxiety that grooming might cause her, but she did so well. The staff was very sweet and patient and my old girl looks so gorgeous now that people were complimenting us in the street!They even gave her a treat for free ❤️

This is the first Groomer my dog isn’t terrified about going to get his bi-monthly groom at! He knows his way to the store and is always welcomed with friendly smiles and great cuddles!The team certainly go above and beyond to create a fear-free experience for my boy and that certainly shows by how happy he is before and after his visit!They really know their stuff and he always leaves looking amazing!Their teeth cleaning service is also incredible and certainly makes a difference to his dental health!My dog loves Yak bars too - great for an obsessive chewer!We travel from SE London to Ealing Broadway to have Ryley groomed every 6-8 weeks and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my furry best friend!We are team Peefer for life!They are friendly, caring and have so much passion for dogs - we love them!Thank you for making HRH look like the prince he really is xxx

My wife bought a coat from this store for our little dog medium size, because his old coat it's also medium size.But this coat doesn't fit him it seeing to be a smaller size.The coat was bought on 07/12/2022 and I wanted to exchange it the next day 08/12/2022.But there was an issue, THE lady in the store refuses to exchange the coat for me. She show me a piece of cardboard that was written something about a Return or Refund, and I asked her what her consumer policy ( i had no answer for that ), and I tell her I may complain to the consumer right, she look at me and smile.This store plays two roles, The Policy on Website it is saying something different, and in the store is something else.Also, overprice some of the products.PLEASE DO YOUR SEARCH, THERE IS ANOTHER PET STORE ON EALING BROADWAY.

I have been here a few times and I was especially happy with the excellent customer service that I received today. Thank you to the lady who helped me pick out a few dog treats for my mum's Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. I am sure Mitsy the dog will be very pleased!

Warm and friendly also amazingly helpful for advice for pet owners. My lil ones (dogs) go to Peefer to get groomed and they love it and the grooming is fantastic quality. Whenever I take my lil ones to the store whenever we’re 30 yards away they start to get excited.
