Wow! Excellent service from Saint Storage! Optimum weight distribution across all boxes. Fragile items such as glasses and plates were wrapped in clothes. Only downside was that the boxes were left at reception and not in my room, but nonetheless a very stress-free experience.

I could not recommend Saint Storage more! From start to finish, the whole process is so stress-free and practical. All the boxes that you are order are delivered to your door and any boxes that you don't end up using are taken back free of charge. They are also picked up right from your door hassle free which was so useful at the end of the year so I could just leave them at the bottom of my building before leaving. I particularly like how the price is for the entire summer so you know exactly what you are paying for without having to figure out price by week.I want to say an extra thank you to the team for their amazing helpfulness and communication: I accidentally clicked the wrong date for redelivery of my boxes so they were going to be delivered a week after I actually arrived. Despite the fact that I was moving in on one of the busiest days of the year and didn't notice my mistake until 3pm, Saint Storage was absolutely incredible! I messaged them and they were able to have all of my boxes delivered to my building by 5pm that same day. I truly cannot recommend them more and will be using them for all my future storage while I am studying here at St Andrews.

In Spring 2022 our son was finishing his first year at St Andrews and was unsure where to store his belongings for the summer. He was very busy with exams and feeling overwhelmed about packing up and storing his stuff. I reached out to Chris (from overseas) and was immediately taken by his honesty and kindness. Chris and his wife Claire were extremely helpful. Chris’ communication was very reassuring. The price was very fair – good quality boxes and tape were given for packing. All of the boxes, bags and drying rack were picked up as scheduled and planned. Everything was delivered back as scheduled and the drying rack didn’t even have a scratch! The team delivering the boxes back was very kind, careful and efficient. I was in St Andrews in Sept 2022 to help move my son back in and met Chris and a few of his staff for myself. Super nice! Our son will DEFINITELY be using Saint Storage for many years to come! HIGHLY recommend!

What an extraordinary group of people! I shall make a bold statement, but only because they well merit it: Saint Storage is my favourite for-profit company. Out of all companies I’ve ever had to interact with in life. I don’t know what higher praise could be sung, but these people might just deserve it. Book storage with them for the summer & experience what made me write such an unusual review for yourself!

I never write reviews, but after the great customer service I got, I simply have to. I had a complicated late return to Uni and ended up missing the scheduled return of my things. Luckily the people at Saint Storage were very understanding and turned a stressful situation into a manageable one. In the end, they were very understanding and kind and I was able to get my things delivered in perfect condition. Could not be happier.

Extremely friendly and helpful! They respond promptly to any request and are very flexible with days and times! All my stuff was taken perfect care of and delivered hassle free at the start of the year. The pricing is very reasonable and I have used them every year as they are the best in St Andrews. Sketch and the team are very friendly and accommodating and even took care of my houseplants at his home!

Saint storage were really responsive and very easy to contact. Really friendly on collection and very flexible when my plans changed. Would recommend this service to anyone who needs their belongings taken care of when moving properties.

Do not recommend at all. I stored my items here for over a year during the pandemic and the boxes that arrived were NOT the ones I put into storage. Upon return, I discovered that my boxes were gone through and repacked" by Saint Storage. The boxes on the left (pics below) were the ones put into storage and the ones on the right are the ones that I received. As you can see the boxes on the right are also smashed and damaged. Huge violation of privacy to have my things gone through without my consent. Saint Storage said they repacked them because 'boxes were overweight' but they never asked me if they could go through my things. Also

I had originally booked for my stuff to be stored until September but after finding that my lease for my flat didn’t begin until 1 October, I emailed Saint Storage and they were very accommodating and kind! They are a lovely business to trust your things with and I could not recommend them enough! Also, they have always returned all of my boxes in the past neatly and in perfect condition.
