I was recently diagnosed with Ménière’s disease. It manifests itself with debilitating attacks if vertigo usually involving vomiting.I have had 4 sessions with Erik at AcuTy, my attacks are now much milder and less frequent.Erik has proven to be very professional and knowledgeable and friendly. He was also happy to treat my hay fever and other ailments at the same time.I would strongly recommend chiding AcuTy for any acupuncture needs

Hi all,known Erik for few months now and cannot thanked him enough for all the help and support.I was experiencing a severe burn pain in my muscles and electrics tingling paint through my whole body. Very uncomfortable and frustrated if I ma honest. Had some tests done but nothing really what would pointed me to solve my issues. Suggestions from the doctors, that take an Ibuprofen should help, well not an options as I don't want to hide my symptoms I want to find out what is causing them. From my very first session with Erik I felt like this will go somewhere, this is good and as I thought, couple hours after my firs session the burn pain was gone. It felt so good and I was so happy. The treatment is also about a treating your mind, to try be open to a new possibilities and be positive. Try control your stress level and try deal with anything in calm mood. Be honest, these days it is a difficult and stressful and for some part of our life we all experiencing it. I started having Acupuncture with Erik to help with my weekly migraines. I was open minded but unsure as to how it would help as so many other things have failed me previously for it. I was amazed with how quickly it helped with migraines. After the 2nd appointment I haven’t had any migraines at all, whereas previously I was having one very intense one a week for the last few years.Erik is also super lovely and chatty, and I feel so amazingly relaxed and refreshed after our appointments. My stress around my university work has also lessened an amazing amount which is really helping the quality of my work.I would definitely recommend!!

I started going to acupuncture sessions with Erik prior to getting pregnant, during pregnancy and right up until the end of my pregnancy journey. Erik is a true professional and really goes out of his way to accommodate your situation. I would feel extremely relaxed after every session. I started visiting Erik almost a year ago, mainly to help with my lower back pain and anxiety. I cannot recommend him enough. I wanted to try accupunture for work related stress. I previously used an accupunture mat which worked great for me for relaxation, but was advised by my midwife I shouldn't use this during my pregnancy. I visited Erik when I was 30 weeks pregnant and had 4 sessions up until I was 36.5 weeks ready for my maternity leave. I could tell it had worked after just the first session. My partner has noticed an improvement in my mood; I can now think more clearly, am far less irritable and overall much happier and feeling more like 'me' again. Thank you very much Erik!

I saw Erik towards the end of my pregnancy to induce labour. I believe the treatments gave my body the nudge it needed as I went into labour the afternoon of my second treatment. He is very knowledgable and met me an my husband with kindness & compassion which was a breath of fresh air for us. I couldn't reccomend Erik & his services more. I would use his services again in future.

I came to Erik a few months after finishing chemotherapy for breast cancer, having been put into a chemical menopause at age 39. My FSH level was 58 and my estrogen was very low - consistent with someone in the menopause. I was also suffering with hot flashes and extremely achy joints. Although an unusual case, Erik took the time to listen and understand my issue and started treatment right away.Just two months into my acupuncture treatment, I am pleased to say that my FSH is now down to normal levels and I have started producing estrogen again. My menopausal symptoms have also completely disappeared! I have also ovulated for the first time in a year, and I truly believe that Erik has significantly helped with this.I am looking forward to getting back on track with my health and trying for a baby in the near future.UPDATE - I now have a beautiful baby girl who was conceived naturally just a couple of months after my acupuncture finished!
