I thoroughly recommend attending the ‘Broken Blue Line’ Mental Health Presentation. A very interesting and informative session. Ali was incredibly open, very clear in how he explained things and made asking questions really easy. Two hours flew by and I can definitely say I have been left more alert to how and why colleagues and friends might be struggling with their mental health, and in turn how I can be a more helpful, sensitive and compassionate colleague and friend. I booked a place on the BBL Mental Health Awareness Presentation and found it to be an interesting and helpful insight into Ali’s own experiences.Having already read (and loved) his book, ‘Broken Blue Line’, I found Ali’s presentation humbling and thought provoking.It offered hints and tips on how to spot the signs of mental health conditions in ourselves or others, and a simple reminder to be kind and compassionate.I cannot recommend the company enough, and will certainly use them for any future first-aid needs.Thank you again.

My daughter undertook a first aid course with Ali at Real Life First Aid in March this year. She absolutely loved the day, and has learned so much from the course. Whilst we hope she never needs to use the skills thought, she has the confidence and ability now to do so should it be needed. Thank you Ali. I would highly recommend these courses.
