looking for a wheel stud, for a trailer, quite a simple item. First tried GSF across the road, the very helpful guy didn't have one but was willing to order one for me. HE suggested trying John Morgan. Walked in, 2 guys behind the counter screen. One looked at me and walked on by, the other just looked at me! I asked if he had any of these in stock, and without even taking it from me said no"...awkward silence...I offered it to him to take a closer look as he was 6 or 7 feet away. he just sat there and said "no
