Arrived at 22.20 and was informed it was closed by staff that were stood outside having a smoke- drive through shut and doors locked. The lads said that they had just changed the hours to close at 22.15, a month ago. Checked the sign on the door and Google maps and both say 22.30, so not sure if poor management and just not been updated or that staff fancied a skive. Wasted trip, though.

App didn't seem to work, as it seemed to double up the order. I went for the Steakhouse Angus burger at £8. It was ok, but maybe not worth the price. Service was quick, although I tried to fill in the survey, but that also didn't work.

Used the app for dine 2 whopper meals for £10.99. Extra bacon 80p & cheese 50p. No tomato’s no lettuce on one. Chilli cheese fries. Food was sooooo good. Chilli cheese fries and fries piping hot. I always find burgers from these places lukewarm but u can ask to micro it for an extra 30seconds before you receive it - no problem.Great serviceTables could do with a wipe down and floors swept - only gripe.Only wish they’d do their deserts again

Very quick service ordered when I was five minutes away and the food was ready for me walking in, got a deal on the app a Whopper burger for under £4 was great value and the service was good you can't fault being served quickly with good food.

Had a meal here today was really easy to order on screen and was ready in minutes, sitting area was clean, chips were really hot cheese burger was nice but not very hot that’s why the 4 stars but would eat here again.

I will admit I haven't been to BK for a while. But my boys wanted to check it out for the first item so I obliged. What was shown was a peppercorn Angus burger. What was received was a flat, lukewarm and pretty horrid burger. Of course in reality we know it won't look exactly like the picture, but that was a complete waste of money. With increasing prices, fuel or food it was 20 quid down the drain. My son's chicken royale was also hard to chew and the nuggets were similar.Considering it was Sunday, there was only a few people in the resteraunt - it was poor.The actual decor inside is nice enough, but a long wait to produce some lukewarm sub par food.The kids were equally unimpressed. The burgers in BK used to be the highlight - sadly this was the worst bit of the meal.Back to Maccie D's

I got a drive thro got a whopper meal used my blue light card came to over £7 the juice was too flat couldn't drink it. The fries were nice and warm the whopper was cold it was a disaster and a waste of money.

My burger cost me £8.00 plus delivery cost and tip it came to £13. Which I gladly paid because I have severely damaged my Achilles tendon and can barely stand it's so painful. So I did the next best thing and ordered what I thought was a char-grilled burger. My burger was cold, old and clearly pre-made several hours ago. I've frequented Burger king in South Africa and Vietnam and always got superb quality. It's an extremely expensive burger and I was hoodwinked.Even the Cheese on my burger was burnt!!!Macdonald's burger equal would have cost me £1.00.Shocking quality.
