Small car park, less than 10 spaces, you then have around a 2km walk to the hide.

We didn't see any Sea Eagles, unfortunately,but the walk to the observatory had spectacular scenery. Looking at the visitor book it seems to be very much potluck for seeing Eagles. It is a great facility sowe hope everyone makes a donation to keep it going. We visited mid November on a clear but windy day. Suggest any visitors take their own binoculars.

Easy access parking by roadside. Gentle gravel track walk to Eagle hide appx 2km.We saw 2 eagles during our visit although from quite a distance on the craggy hillside. Take good binoculars or scope.

North Harris Eagle Observatory Car Park
We passed this a few times on our drives and decided to stop. The walk will take about 40 minutes on a generally flat rocky track to a viewing booth. And 40 back.Unfortunately we didn't spot any eagles but weren't disappointed. The walk was amazing, easy and mostly midge free. And the views are stunning!Parking: free spaces for about 8 cars at the entrance to the track.

Easy path to follow down to the Eagle Observatory. Gravely and wide enough to pass people on. Great open views, and if lucky, you will see the eagles. If you go past the Observatory there is a tiny Loch you can walk down too.

Plenty of parking just off the road. Easy access to the track that leads to the observatory. It's free but you can, and should, make a £5 donation.

Great walk, however it was rather misty when I went so didn't spot any eagles, but there are plenty of other places to spot them on the islands.
