I wanted to buy a second hand phone for my son and they had some good options to chose from and got a good phone at good price. Also bought a power bank and phone cover. All in all a very happy customer.Thanks!

Was really happy about the service I had at first. Lovey staff and were very friendly. I purchased two vapes, one of which being faulty. It tasted like burning chemicals (which does happen often with these vapes anywhere you buy them so that isn’t the issue) but when I spoke to them about it they refused to do anything about it. Said that because I had opened it there was nothing they could do. You don’t know that there’s a fault until opening them and trying them obviously. They wouldn’t swap it or refund my money and also charged me more money than any other place I’ve bought them from before. Very disappointed.

Went in for a single Elf Bar, they charged me £20, didn't get to see transaction screen, got no receipt.Would love 15 quid back or 3 more elfies, cheers.Ps - I don't recommend Spearmint.
