ALL the parking in Devon we encountered was extortionate, maybe trying to make up for lost revenue due to Covid but found it greedy on councils

Matthews Hall Car Park
It was raining heavily when we parked up and found a space. The car park is useful if you want to eat at the globe hotel or even walk along the river.
