Very helpful and friendly service

The young lady that served me on 05/05/2020 is incompetent. I provided her with a clear prescription of fruit nicorette gum, only to get home and find if been given fresh mint. Workers in pharmacies should not been making these mistakes. Imagine if it was medication that they got wrong. Get it right next time!

Disgusting Human beings if you can even call them that they also give patients other peoples medications I think the place shod be struck of the chief pharmicists has a lot of accountability as yous have made serious mistakes everyone do not use this terrible pharmists you have been warned

Very handy for late night shopping. I had to go out on a Sunday after normal opening hours and found this one pharmacy to be ideal. It was well stocked and the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful

Ola was very helpful and polite. She dealt with my request efficiently and professionally. Due to an error on the spine system it was difficult to release my prescription. Ola spent a lot of time and effort in ensuring that I left the pharmacy with what I needed. Really good service and I would highly recommend this pharmacy.

The worse run chemist I've ever been in. After being released from prison and being on a rehab program I've had all manor of professional help from the services in the area they have been nothing short of fantastic helping me in the midst of a custody battle for my daughter.This pharmacy however, treat you with utter contempt as you enter the shop. Not only do they leave you standing there for a minimum of 15 mins while they stand there, laughing and joking or standing eating their dinner, they then speak to to in the most disgusting manner and basically chuck your medication at you! If I was not doing what I was, I would be getting my stuff off the streets just not to deal with these disgusting humans!! Absolutely vile!!!

Tonight is the first time I have used this pharmacy and to be honest I was blown away at the level of care and help and support the staff and pharmacist gave.I had a problem with a prescription for epipen and the staff really did go the extra mile to help..It's so reassuring to know that there are such caring people in the medical professional. I really do appreciate what the three of you have done for me tonight. This will be my pharmacy of choice in the future!Best wishes for a happy new year to you all.

Walked to the Pharmacy at 7pm thinking it was open till 9pm. I arrived at 7:30pm to a shut shop. I suffer from nerve damage down my legs, ex military. It would be so helpful if you inconsiderate shop owners updated the closing time on here... So people in general *know*. I was fuming because of the pain it caused me but what if I had 30 years on me and suffered from long term pain?! And turned up to that then?!!! Totally unprofessional service. Let's get it right. You have an extremely easy job. Almost stress free in case you can't count past ten. Harsh but true. If you state 9pm stay open till 9pm and stop messing people around that are coming outside in this global pandemic, because they bloody have to against better judgement. Happy lockdown everyone YAY.

Handy being open till late, some staff helpful, some have poor grasp of English language so describing symptoms can be difficult also there's a 35p charge for using debit cards
