Unbelievable. Burger was cooked to perfection, seasoned well and the sauce was unreal. Lettuce was crunchy and not an afterthought or just a filling. Half the price of a pub burger and 10 times the taste. Gordon Ramsey would be proud. Proper burger? Proper smashed it.

Finally managed to get to Looe to visit since seeing Proper Smashed had opened. Classic burger, strawberry milkshake, spot on. Happily surprised that we could get the proper clucked buger as a gluten free option, which made my wife happy! Will be visiting again.

Good value and very tasty.As an ex-local it’s nice to see something aside from fish and chips. We ordered the clucking and classic burgers with a side of chicken loaded fries. Came to £22, bargain. Would recommend walking to the beach front as the inside dining option is quite small.Only criticism would be option to add sauces prior to wrapping and more of the burger sauce.

Both my partner and I grabbed food here the other day and sad to say the tables weren't wiped down and it felt a tad messy in there. Also both me and my partner ended up with rather horrible stomach cramps a few hours after eating. Rather expensive food for that kind of experience. Wouldn't recommend.

As a local wanted to try something new, and great to have something different in a seasonal town. Ordered a proper smashed burger and the chicken burger. Great to get Buns that aren't just white rolls. Very tasty. Would definitely go back again. Friendly staff

Best place we ate at in Looe, went twice and was a huge hit with the adults and kids a like. One of the best burgers we have all ever had, lovely helpful staff and a meal we will definitely be craving again. Brilliant smash burger 10/10!

On holiday in Looe and been really looking forward to eating here. There was an allergen menu on the counter which was great, asked to swap out the bun for chips due to an allergy. Advised no this would not be possible and that I wasn't able to be served. Extremely put out and disappointed is an under statement.
