My visit: The store claimed to be open till 2am, so we drove quite a distance to get there, got there at 12:30am, queued up at with some uber drivers for a while. Then the guy making pizzas asked if we were there for collection". I said "yes I'd like to order a pizza to collect"

This is the third time in a row that we have ordered online and had issues with delivery. In the past, our order took over 90 minutes to get to us and tonight it never showed. When I called to get support, they were dismissive and offered no help. As a big Papa John’s fan, it’s sad to say that I’ll be looking elsewhere for pizza from here on out as the service is beyond repair.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CLOWNSI ordered from these guys and it was the worst pizza. Undercooked, cheese was hardly melted and it was so beige from where it was clearly rushed through the oven as the order was 40 mins late.The dough was not cooked, when I tried to call no one answered and you can't complain on the app.

Very racist staff who intentionally gave us beef on our pizza even though we ordered a vegetarian spicy veg feast. He did not even apologise for his mistake.

I had a very bad experience here after telling them 100 times about taking the precautions still i got hair in my garlic bread and service was so bad and the manager was so normal and acting so cold. They offered us garlic bread but we refused it. We don’t want the food or money back. It just they were not taking care of the hygiene.Wouldn’t not recommend you all to eat hairy pizza’s. They need to improve its in tower bridge. They were literally refusing everything we asked for.Also, they refused to gave us meal and told us to order online. We were hungry man!! That’s not how it works!

I would have left a0 the customer service is a lot to be desired very rude and uncooperative not only was my first pizza cold when I complained I was told that I could receive the same order in return and they will take back the old one second pizza came it was hot but it didn't taste right base and toppings were incorrect when I call to complain I had a rude and very disrespectful response from either manager or a member of staff as they did not reveal their name to myself and then and then did not want to hear what I was saying they put the phone down after all that the first pizza that they wanted to be returned was left just outside of our doorstep very disrespectful. I also believe I have been made ill by this pizza I have been on the toilet and repeatedly vomiting all day

Went for a pizza with friends, the order took some time to arrive. Not sure if there were many pending orders or they were understaffed. The pizza was good.They don't have enough seating for big groups, also there was no restroom.

After a trip to Tower Bridge, passing Papa John's and received a free sample of their amazing pizza! Care of the manager, a nice slice! Thanks and it was delicious! Would recommend it, and delivery if your not nearby.

After wait for more than 1 hour for my pizza I called the restaurant and they told me they cancelled the order because they have no drivers, so now no pizza and no money, don’t order from this place if you don’t want to be scam

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM HERE!! We ordered pizza to wait 2 hours for it to be delivered, STONE COLD. They have a shortage of drivers and will not refund you after delivering inedible food. Honestly, the process to apply for a refund is beyond a joke. It’s taking me weeks to claim back a lot of money for pizza that couldn’t even be eaten. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, I would give no stars if I could.I need to add that the team there are awful, no customer service skills whatsoever
