Highly recommended! Visited this store with my daughter for a first class prom experience, my daughter was fussed over, multiple dresses tried on, advice given and a wonderful “yes to the dress” prom experience. Dress at £400 was expensive but the dress is beautiful and it was perfect for my daughter. A very pleasant experience, thank you.

The dresses are exquisite and the people are so kind and helpful. Standing in your dress on the podium makes you feel like a princess and I couldn't recommend this place more, honestly try it out, you won't be disappointed.

Charmaine is such a wonderful women nothing is too much trouble. She made me and my bridesmaides so at ease the moment we walked into her shop. I would recommend to anyone. She even does everything else for weddings like cakes flowers and even dressing the venue which makes life alot easier. And stressfree. You won't be dissapointed.

Amazing lady! Literally a miracle worker! She is so experienced in her job that she knew what alterations i needed before I even needed them! (I lost weight in the run up to my wedding without trying and she knew it would happen so altered my dress in preparation!). Nothing is too much, she would literally spend 8 hours each time unpicking stitches to alter my dress and then another 8 hours sewing back just to have to do it all again when I needed more taking in etc. I could not recommend her more highly! Fantastic service and fantastic quality! Thank you so much !!

My youngest daughter had an appointment yesterday for her prom next year, Charmaine went above and beyond to give her the most special treatment. She tried on numerous dresses, but Charmaine knows her stuff and always pulls something that she knows will suit better.......she looked amazing ! Thanks Charmaine it's the second daughter I've brought to you and I can honestly say you go above and beyond to make everyone feel and look a million dollars.Thank you !! ❤️

Had an amazing experience in eclipse. Charmaine is a lovely person and has great humour, she really put us all at ease! She laid out five dresses to get a feel of the different styles I could try. I never made to feel any pressure to buy either. Charmaine really captures the clients personality and recommended different accessories to fit with vibe i was going for. She also managed to hem and sew the bottom of the dress which would have been no easy feat due to the design. Overall I am over the moon with the experience and would recommend 100%

What was a lovely experience to start. Didn't end that way. Beware of the small print on the invisible contract and terms.Edit. You are very unprofessional and very rudeAnd a general liar. I never asked for charity and you never mentioned a contract like said. Then you try to make me out as to something I'm not . Pathetic. I will never point anyone to your store. Ever . Very very rude lady. And again very very unprofessional I would not recommend this place ever !!!
