The landlord is all nice and talkative when he shows you around his property, but I should stayed with my gut instinct after you signed he will not do no repairs on the property. He said anything wrong just let him know we sent an email to him and the work still haven’t been done after we left the property was in the property for nine months. The work still hasn’t been done. Sorry, just don’t trust him and look elsewhere.
