I needed some crucial advice and was given the help and advice I needed; and I ended up spending allot less than I would have, had I been left to my own devices. They really know their stuff. When I used the product I was advised to use; what would normally take me about 2 hours to do, took me 15 minutes. You don't have to spend all your money to get the right products for your hair type. Just ask if you're not sure. These people really do know their stuff. Happy!!!
