Gorgeous Pottery pieces. A few potters contribute. We bought some lovely pieces an apprentice had made. The owner made the experience even better explaining some of their processes and even giving us tips on a place to visit on our trip to Skye.

Some really nice pottery work shown here. Prices felt a touch high but in keeping with a touristed area. We bought a small piece which looked really nice though.

Stumbled into Edinbane Pottery. Met Stuart Whatley busily at work making great pottery. Purchased several lovely pieces that Stuart was able to ship back to the U.S.A. to save me the travel packing worries.

A good location for passing tourists, but the style of ceramics was really not for me and also very expensive. The staff were not particularly welcoming.There are more reasonably priced artists across Skye and the Hebrides.

Not very welcoming of shoppers. Pottery is nice quality but very expensive. The glazing on some looks like a child’s art work. Bet they’d sell more if they drop the prices and used more earth tone colors.

I highly appreciate hand made, all the shop is mugs and utensils made by craftsman.. nice design like a drawing on the utensils, it’s very beautiful! Traditional and wonderful pottery to visit it in Isle of Skye.

Beautiful pottery, therefore I am giving the business more stars than my experience warrants. The gentlemen that was working was very unfriendly to the point that we felt unwelcome. Not worth the drive. You can find beautiful quality pottery elsewhere that is more of a convenient drive and gracious employees/owners that are happy for your business.

We visited the Edinbane Pottery on a weekend and found the place lovely. You can see the studio as well as the shop.There is not much parking but the road is not busy so we were able to wait for a spot to free itself

High prices are fair when you see the exceptional craftsmanship of the artisans here. The shop has a great atmosphere and there's a section of imperfect products at a reduced price for those on a budget like us :)
