Marshall Skoda Nottingham

I spotted the car I wanted on Autotrader at Marshall's Newbury branch. The salesman I dealt with was Michael Ogden at Nottingham. I phoned on Monday and Michael arranged to have the car fully serviced and shipped to Nottingham. Polite and helpful throughout the process, I picked up my car on Friday afternoon. All good. I have used Marshall Nottingham before and would use them again.

Bought a Skoda Karoq and part exchanged my previous car. Reece was great and made the process very straightforward and hassle free. All sorted in two days ! Lovely car.I can thoroughly recommend.

We were helped by a very likeable young man, George Wright. He was very patient, knowledgeable and professional despite only being in the job for a couple of weeks. We knew which car we wanted and he arranged for it to be brought in from another showroom for us to see. He went through all the paperwork meticulously to make sure us oldies weren’t put off by all the technology and when the car came, patiently showed us the technical side of things. I enquired over the phone about a Skoda Scala I was interested in and was put through to sales executive George Wright. George was very helpful and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Very prompt in sending me information about what Skoda products and insurances were on offer and what the finances on the car would be. I spoke to him the following day and he arranged an appointment for my convenience to test drive the car. Met George at the appointed time and he was extremely helpful with excellent customer service manner. Made me feel a valued customer. Test drove the car and he was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all the questions about the car. After purchase of the car which was a very positive experience, George contacted me the next day to ensure I was happy with the car and if there were any problems.

Contacted this branch with an enquiry and spoke to Barry, who was exceptional. Not only did he help me with my query, he offered to advise me further if I ever needed any help, and acknowledging that I was not local, offered to deliver the car to me (not sure if he meant personally) if I bought one from here. As I've spoken to a number of Car salespeople recently, I can honestly say that Barry was amongst the top 2, in fact he has been the best.
