Fantastic service, had to take a work fleet vehicle in for some work and was given a courtesy car to be going on with. All the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend Flex e rent to anybody, the best customer service ever.

The worst service I have ever had. Just got lies from beginning to end. Had to wait 2 hours for brop off , got a vehicle that was to big . It took 3 weeks to swap . Waisted an other hour after having to drive to enterprise to pick up replacement.

Warning light on for worn discs,phone call,will transfer you yo maintenence dept,20 MINUTES HANGING on the line is unacceptable,so drove to the depot,oh why didn't you phone they enquired,I did mate but the wait for response was ridiculous,1 hr later front discs done,now half day behind in my work,pure urine extraction,one star cos can't not give em,pffft
