Good job for a sensible price. They don't clean the door shuts though which I think is crucial. Also, if they invested in a mangle they could dry your car a lot better

The best place in Kirkcaldy by a mile! I use this place all the time for my regular washes . I called them to fit me in for a valet , they fit me in at short notice and used there collect and drop off service the car was like new !

Missed quite a bit of car … went back next day and was faced with nothing but verbal abuse from the owner!! His staff seen the problem and where very apologetic and said they would rectify , but owner was totally outrageous so I left under a barrage of profanity.. very upset and distressed and will not be back, can’t imagine if this was a vulnerable person.. scary place be aware

Had my Hyundai i10 in today for a full valet and I am so impressed with the quality and service I received. A really lovely family run business that do an immaculate job on all services they offer, the owner Zaid was very welcoming and friendly from the onset and him and the rest of the staff done an exceptional job on my car. Really well deserved 5 stars as couldn’t of asked for a better job, I’ll definitely be back in the future!

I had the Super Mini Valet (£45.00) done yesterday, 9 August 2023 and very disappointed at the level of service. Staff were very friendly when I arrived, can't fault them on that, however the hand polish was done in bits and pieces around the car, you can clearly see where they did not polish as water marks from the car not being dried properly still shows, insect splatters on the front of the bonnet, and headlight area, the chrome beading still has water marks showing, and the inside was not vacuumed properly. Is it worth going back, a waste of my time only to have excuses made, no... I just won't go there again!

Much better than their other site on Pratt St. I gave up on Pratt St when they missed big areas with the sponge, and my car came out looking like it hadn't been cleaned. Now I come to Chapel Level and haven't had that problem, if they're busy, they still take time to do a decent job.

Disappointed with their mini-vallet.Leafs left below the trunk cover, plenty dirty spots left around and the car wasn't dry cleaned. The crumbs left next to the gearstick...Moreover, it looks like the car's engine was running for 2+ hours as I had -2 litres of fuel and the engine was still running when I came back to pick up the car.

we had them booked to collect our car (hyundia i10) for body wash last Sunday , holiday started Monday. They never turned up!!!
