I can see why Jolly’s Coffee House is so popular with the locals. It’s a modern cafe with great views of the sea in comfortable surroundings.Yes, they do serve coffee and have a selection of sweets. Don’t expect artisan food here, it menu is more for comfort. It is a comfortable, classy looking place. I loved the classic leather seats and marble tables.I opted for tea with dairy alternative milk. It was great to enjoy while having a chat with the owner. A great character that I’m sure is much loved by the community.

What a friendly and happy feeling little place this is. I left feeling very happy, as all the staff appear to really enjoy working here giving a great service.Lovely food, sandwiches, jacket potatoes etc and a vast selection of cakes biscuits and bakes.Keep up the good work!btw Dog friendly too

Popped in for lunch, as this was a quiet cafe compared to others in Beaumaris.We waited about 20 minutes to be seated, even though there were lots of people in the kitchen area appearing to not be doing anything.Once seated, we chose what we wanted fairly quickly. We were told that they had no paninis left, so ordered something else, which is fine. However then when they didn't have sausages and bacon for the rolls, they provided alternative sandwiches in panini bread!We were sat in an area with 2 other tables and they served the wrong drinks and got food orders wrong for all three tables!On a plus side it was £55 for lunch, which is reasonable for 6 people.

Lovely staff, quick service, good price, no gluten free main meal but a lovely gluten free cake and oat milk available. Dogs welcome :)

We popped here for a quick breakfast. I enjoyed the simple toast and butter, which was lovely but slightly overpriced at £3.25. Coffee was spot on, along with the homemade Viennesse Whirl I had, so good! Huge range of cakes, a must have. Very friendly staff and lovely views.

Great cafe in the old bank. Brilliant selection of cakes, sandwiches and some hot food.Shirt wait for a table, but we were seated and food was with us in no time. All the ladies working there were friendly and the service fantastic, despite being quite busy.Dog friendly with water bowls and treats.Snickers flapjack was amazing!

lovely home made food. we had pannini baked potato and large sausage rolls. The latte coffees were really good. Great service, quick and friendly. Interesting building which must have been a bank at some point.

Waited at the sign 'wait here to be seated' for 5 minutes. None of the 3 staff members visible acknowledged us. At this point I was a little confused so looked for a table. This was when I was first acknowledged as I was asked to move out of the way. I returned to the entrance and waited again.The decor looked nice and the food looked ok but the general approach by the staff didn't suggest that they were interested in customer experience. We left without any attempt by staff to seat or even acknowledge we were there.We walked 2 minutes to the Pier House and were greeted as soon as we walked in the door by friendly welcoming staff. Amazing what the simple things do in terms of giving customers a great experience.I will definitely be giving Jollys a miss in future. Hopefully the owner will invest in customer service training.
