Two of my children attend these lessons and I wouldn't go anywhere else! They swim constantly throughout the whole session (in some swimming lessons at other venues, I've found that not a lot of swimming actually happens!!) and i'm so impressed with their technique and how beautifully my children swim now. Once they reach the final stage of their swimming lessons, they will be taught how to survive in a water emergency situation and this will give me so much peace of mind and really makes these lessons stand out. I have also just joined the adult classes, a really enjoyable relaxed atmosphere and great for adults learning to swim as well. The whole team are so lovely and friendly.

My son came to Patcham Water Survival Group through a recommendation after my son had an awful and very scary first swimming lesson elsewhere which left him terrified of deep water and unable to put even his ears back into water (bath times also were a distasteful!!) However the team are fantastic. They saw that he needed to build his confidence in a 1:1 setting first and slowly progress into small groups. Within no time at all he is swimming unaided, full lengths, head fully under water… it’s like watching a new child! It’s all down to the wonderful staff who are so chatty and engaging with the kids. It’s just fabulous to watch. From dreading swimming, swim day is now my sons favourite day of the week! Can’t rate PWSG highly enough xx

Instructors in the pool made a world of difference for my child's swimming lessons! Their hands-on approach and constant encouragement created a comfortable learning atmosphere. It's impressive to see instructors actively demonstrating techniques alongside the kids. This approach not only boosts confidence but also fosters a strong connection between the instructor and the children. A highly effective and enjoyable way for kids to learn swimming!

Such a fantastic group of teachers!!Delayed by the pandemic my son started his swimming lessons two years ago aged 10 and has been thriving since! He loves swimming and has achieved his 25 metres certificate. The team have been instrumental to his progress with their gentle and caring yet assertive approach and the kids are made to work on acquiring their skills while having fun!So inspired that I’ve joined the adult group to brush up on my own technique for regular exercise. Same positive experience on an adult level, lessons are fun and informative and always look forward to being there. Highly recommend

Prior to starting this swimming group, my children swam with a few others. By far this is the best one, rather than waiting turns one by one, the children get to swim at the same time, constantly through out the lesson. My son progressed so quickly and loves going. The teachers are experienced, great with kids, as are the student helpers. High ratio of staff to children, they do not charge ridiculously high prices and have payment plans available.

I'm thrilled to share my positive experience with this swim school! The emphasis on continuous swimming ensures that every moment in the pool is utilized productively. There's no time wasted standing around, thanks to their well-structured lessons. The instructors and support teachers are not only knowledgeable but also incredibly supportive, creating a positive learning environment. The feedback provided is effective, helping swimmers improve with each session. I highly recommend this swim school for its commitment to efficient and enjoyable learning.

Not only does my daughter thrive in these swimming lessons, but I watch and smile each week at the care and personal attention given by every swim teacher and their MANY volunteers (each group is cared for by at least 1 teacher and 2 vols), at the fact that every child's name is remembered and used throughout the sessions and at the quality of the instruction. It is apparent that every child, every student volunteer and every teacher loves being there. And it is affordable! I really cannot rate Patcham Water Survival Group highly enough. PWSG is an excellent swim and survival school. The staff are highly supportive and great teachers. My eldest is working towards her Honours and hopes to become a helper once she's done the course, and my youngest is coming on leaps and bounds and making quick progress. Every lesson is fun and gives them immense self esteem and confidence. I would recommend highly 5*

Absolutely delighted with Patcham Water Survival Group! My daughter has been taking swimming classes for the last 4 years and I only can praise the school! The teachers are amazing and extremely focused on children learning! They always make sure the lessons are individualised to children needs and level. I highly recommend to anyone who needs swimming lessons!
