The staff are very friendly and helpful, however the sales tactics are undeniable. They are VERY keen to part you with your money. If you're the type to browse first dont let on that you will be leaving empty handed becuase as soon as you do that they will become a lot less interested.I went in to buy stuff but as soon as they realised I had a list of pretty much exactly what I was looking for the transaction quickly sped up to the point where they forgot to even get stuff and I had to mention I needed it (this is my first time getting the stuff to paint models and they forgot to mention texture pot/ grass ect)I mean its not the end of the world. And maybe its just my opinion but I dont like that kind of sales environment. I want staff to be friendly and attentive regardless of my intentions on that day.So while I will visit again most likely I will be uncomfortable knowing that I may not get the best service if I reveal im not there to spend big.

The team are always super friendly and willing to help in any way they possibly can.I went in to buy some paints for a non-Warhammer game and the team happily took the time to give me some tips, knowing full well it wasn’t for one of their own games.10/10 for Warhammer Plymouth.

Went in to get my son (7) a couple of starter packs. Michael took me through the various packs that were available and discussed the next steps if he wanted to start playing. Couldn't be helpful enough. Very friendly, will definitely visit again when I'm back in Plymouth.

I would give it more stars if I could. Such a lovely shop and the staff are friendly and helpful. I'm a complete beginner and they really helped me. I'll definitely be going again.

The staff are really friendly and knowledgeable. They will show you games and offer advice with no pressure to buy anything. The staff are really friendly towards all customers and help out people new to the hobby offering free advice and lessons

Very friendly staff, having time to show my 2 kids how to paint figures, show them how to play, free figure to paint, free figure to build, free battle honours book to keep them interested and to be rewarded for keep playing.
