Great place to walk the dogs on a hot day. although people can't swim they enjoy a good dip.

Great place but DO NOT LET YOUR DOGS SWIM IN THE POND!There's an underwater pipe which sucks water into the quarry and it will drown your dog. Three dogs have already drowned this year and had to have their remains removed unceremoniously from the pumping system.DO NOT SWIM HERE four legs or two!

So lovely and peaceful, just the ponies and sheep and magnificent views high up on Dartmoor. Saw Dartmoor ponies including a goal on our way back.
