Really amazing hypnotherapy !

Stuart went above and behind to help me out. We had two hypnotherapy sessions but it wasn’t just about the hypnotherapy he helped me understand how anxiety manifested in my brain and what it does and how you need to calm it down.He listened to my mental well being issues and offered me two quite personally sessions.I spoke to him twice before the sessions and he helped me out then too and was very understanding and not at all judgemental.Thank you for your help…..
