I came here to get a french manicure with extensions for my wedding and WOW, what can I say, the girls here are AMAZING. They take so much time and care to make sure each nail is perfect and to your liking.I'm writing this review a week after I got my nails done and they still look like they did after leaving the shop. Even when I thought I'd chipped my nail, they remained unharmed.While this salon is more expensive than other high street retailers, you certainly get what you pay for. Excellent quality, and long lasting nails!If I ever need my nails done for another special occasion, I will certainly be returning here.Thank you for everything! x

By far the worst and expensive nail salon I have ever attended. Less than 24hrs and my “shellac” peeled off like a stickers. My mums “shellac” also stained yellow under 24 hours when we spoke to them they just gave excuses “reactions” yet this has never happened before in other professional salons. Im not sure what own brand gel you use but it’s clearly rubbish quality. What a shame we now have to go get them redone before a very special wedding.. day light robbery - no shock i will never recommend this over priced nail salon. £100 I won’t get back should be ashamed of yourselves.

I have been going to Polish'd in Beaconsfield for 2 years now. And find the ladies to be very professional in their field. However I have notice that the pricing for my gel polish has hugely increased post covid. I called the salon so that they could break down the cost of my latest visit. And was told it cost £25 to remove gels and then £35 for a builder and gel polish. The lady also explained that removing gel takes longer. I was suprised though as my nails where finished quicker on this occasion. I want to support local businesses, and understand pricing may have increase post lockdown. However looking back on what I was paying before then (£30 to £45) it's seems that a 50% increase is just a little to much for me in this climate. It also might be worth updating what the new price list are as it seems a little confusing when it comes to payment. I have been in the salon before and heard other customers contest there prices so feel there should be better clarification on pricing.In this competitive market transparency is always the best policy.

I had my nails done, extensions. They are absolutely the best Salon treatment, professional, friendly, and they made me a tasty cup of coffee. The appointment was a bit more expensive but so well worth every minute!

I have been going to the Beaconsfield Salon for about a year now and whilst the girls are very hard working and always do a lovely job with my nails, I must say today I have been extremely disappointed, frustrated and felt undervalued as a customer. The first thing I have been told when I sat down was that I had to pay £15 more for ombre nails this time which is a 30% increase to the price I have been paying for the past 12 months and not even the staff seemed to know exactly how much it would be exactly, so how can I possibly trust them to give me the correct price? Then to top this off, the girls have all looked very stressed and unhappy which did not make me feel relaxed as a customer at all. I did not mention this before but after today's experience I feel I have to raise my concerns regarding the customer service. I normally get offered a drink when I get to the salon, this time it took them 15 min to ask if I wanted some water or coffee? Also, having worked in customer service for half my life and coming from another country to the UK 15 years ago i feel that it is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL that all the girls speak to each other in a different language whilst they are busy with their customers!! I think for the service given and the lack of professionalism, it is an extremely pricey place to come to and I am really upset about the service and rudeness I received today:-( having come from another country myself I appreciate that the language can be a real barrier however when you are in the UK working for a business, you should really ensure that you speak the language of the country especially when you have customers present. This suppose to be a relaxing time for us all when we come to your salon and instead it feels like we are totally ignored and disrespected.

Such a great place! Best customer service and very friendly staff. My nails always look so nice and last for almost a month. Highly recommended!

First time at this nail bar to get gels (one colour, hands). I was surprised that the appointment took an hour - it started ten mins behind and then the lady doing my nails often got up to answer the phone. Usually I'd expect 30 mins just for gels. But she did do about 5 coats when usually they do about 3, so I thought perhaps this will mean the gels last longer so I would reserve judgement and see how long they lasted.. However today three started peeling off on day 9, so just over a week. As the gel is thick it all comes off at once rather than chips. Also, the Gels being 5 coats had a chunky finish which I didn't mind but just to be aware in case it isnt your style. Nice people and a pretty and clean salon, not fumey at all (big plus!) but given the price and how long the nails took I probs wouldn't go back. This was with their own brand gel. Photos taken on the day it was done. Nail painting itself was very neat and tidy xxx

My first visit and I am very pleased with the serviceMy nail technician was excellent. This is the first nail salon where my nails did not hurt the next day. Brilliant selection of colours to choose from. Worth every penny.

Called in by chance to see if I could have biab gels removed for a break of gels and was seen there and then albeit they were busy and lovely service and nails lovely! Really pleased!

Always delighted with my nails after a visit here. The team are lovely too
