We went in to Tui Burton today to book a holiday. We had a couple of destinations in mind hoping to find a great place and deal.We are very difficult and indecisive when booking holidays but Sian was absolutely brilliant. She's incredibly likeable, honest and brilliant at her job. She made the whole experience easy, fun and we left with a great feeling of satisfaction.An asset to the Tui Burton store.Bring on Costa Rica!

Have had a few dealings with the Burton store this year and have had nothing but positive experiences! Usually deal with the young chap, Toby, who is friendly, polite and informative. When we unfortunately had to cancel one of our trips the whole store and management team, Becky & Selina, were incredibly supportive and thoroughly understood our needs. Could not recommend this team and store enough, we couldn’t imagine booking our holidays any other way!

Excellent knowledge of travel and tourism from Toby in the Burton store. His vivid descriptions and articulation really brought the holiday to life for us and we were inspired by how much of our holiday he was able to build and plan.
