Great service received from Jack..I knew what I wanted and he helped me find the best deal without any of that annoying salesman pushiness, so I got what I wanted and at a reasonable price.

After 4 years with this company as a loyal customer today the shrewsbury workers 3 made me cancel my soon to be renewed contract with them. due to their error in terminating my current contract then i got the unprinted new phone back they had forgotten to end the phone payment scheme so they had to offer me as a result of a delay not my fault high cost sim card than the one specified in the contract by them. I waited for more than 60 minutes in their office while a young girl, probably without enough experience, tried to help me and her manager stood there doing nothing, namely taking the phone that I returned and assured me that I would not pay anything more than your SIM plan. I've always been ok with three's network and I've always had good coverage, but their online service and the workers in some of their stores is at a very low level.

Was shopping round for a new phone for myself and ended up getting a new phone for myself, wife and son aswell as a fantastic new broadband deal. Huge thank you to Jack and Becki at 3 for the amazing deal and service

Went in to the Shrewsbury branch after a very frustrating experience at another store. Jack and keiron were super helpful, really straight forward and fantastic to deal with, we had our new phones and new contracts in half an hour. Jack must be a good salesman - my husband wasn't looking to switch but we both walked out with new phones in the end! Great team, glad we went.

I was shopping around (having come to the end of my contract with another provider) and was really impressed with the help & advice I got from Jack when I popped into store. He suggested three different options, based on what I was looking for, and wrote everything down so I could take it away & consider. I've just been back in to set up my new contract & it was easy to make the switch, at the most competitive price too!

We are here now being served by Della, Kev and Emily. I have been a Three customer forever and today the level of service was absolutely exemplary. They took time and looked through my whole families needs and we now have a business account as well as personal ones. The moment when they exceeded all expectations was when it appeared they may not have the phone we wanted and therefore may not be able to complete the transaction today. Despite the fact we live miles away and would not be able to return they still went the extra mile and gave us the best advice and service.

The team in store are great. I went to get a new phone but I wasn’t entirely sure which would be best for me. Jack was really helpful in advising me about deals and he also helped me set the phone up.
