Lost a panel in the night, ordered online about 6am - by 1030 I had a phone call asking if I could take delivery same day - and before 12 - the panels I ordered were in my garden. Can't ask for better than that. Good solid panels too and a decent price.

Absolutely disgusted with the attitude of this branch. Their delivery driver parked over a driveway blocking my customers neighbour in he then gets into an altercation and drives away leaving part of my delivery in the road and the rest on the back of the truck. Doesn’t return with the remainder of my delivery. I call 3 times to find out what on earth is going on with the remainder to be told they won’t be delivering any of my goods when I mentioned I need it discounted then as I’ve organised it all to be delivered the manager said no if I want it I have to get it myself. This is the second time in this manager has caused me a major loss in time and money

Dave and Michelle at AVS were excellent with their customer service. Nothing was too much trouble for them both, and they were only too happy to help with advice, etc. From the moment we arrived at AVS and were greeted by the very friendly and helpful Dave to speaking to the lovely Michelle in the office - we were very pleased.
