I received excellent service from the staff, especially Bethan Jones, and Nick Dowell. The service was very professional, helpful and friendly. They were very knowledgable, and their experience assisted in many ways. They were very accommodating and fixable with viewings, and gave you good amount of time and also ‘space to view’, even at 2 and 3 viewing.I have over the last 20 years bought and sold several properties as I had letting at that time, therefore have dealt with many Aberystwyth Estate agents, as a buyer and seller therefore and can honestly say ‘hand on heart’ the staff at the office are far superior to any other staff at estate agent local offices. They do more than hand out property details and make viewing appointments. They have good knowledge, advice and give you their time. I give them 5 stars.
