Customer service was prompt to answer phone and resolve my query, acknowledging there was a known initial issue with the irun 3.0 treadmill. From picking my the phone to call them to the point of satisfactory resolution took less than 5 mins.I appreciate such easy access to customer services..thank you

DO NOT BUY A REEBOK TREADMILL!! Mine was not built to last and broke within a few months even though I am 78kg and used it twice a week.RFE are full of staff who you cannot speak to as they never answer the phone and their mailbox is always full. Have finally been told after a month the part required is out of stock, (probably because they have too many poorly built treadmills to fix) which they didn't tell me when I first reported the fault. I am now stuck with a useless machine taking up my garage to go along with being £500 down during a pandemicI urge anybody not to buy from RFE despite the demand for treadmills right now. They do not care about customer satisfaction just getting money

Awful company, bought a £500 Dynamax running pad that they do not have spares for, and according to John they never will. So I have to throw it away.He was embarrassed and I am now stuck with a broken machine with no tech support from their tech support. AVOID !!

I had an issue with my Reebok treadmill and contacted RFE for assistance. The unit was out of warranty but the email contact and subsequent phone calls identified the issu. RFE supplied all parts within two days and enabled me to fix my fault. I can't say enough about the team and especially Dominic, who went over and above and gave fantastic customer support. Thanks!

Have been trying for a few weeks to call and order a spare part (the Reebok cross trainer should still be under warranty but they say because I bought it from a non approved source it doesn't count). I just want to order a spare part but the phone number puts you on hold for about 15 minutes and then just cuts you off, after you get to 'position 1'. Very annoying. If they're shut down with Covid they could at least put up a message

If i could give this company zero stars i would! They seem to think a 5 month wait for a replacement treadmill motor is acceptable. 5 months down the line and no end in sight. Warranty means nothing to this company and they have no intention of fulfilling it or trying to fix the situation. Avoid using them at all costs.

I currently have the parts of a Reebok cross-trainer taking up most of a room in my house. Delivered yesterday with missing parts needed in one of the first assembly steps.I instantly recognised the workmanship - an old Roger Black upright cycle in my garage is eerily similar - it now collects dust due to a slipping left peddle which I struggled/fought to sort out in-warranty. I did my research and it turns out RFE are also responsible for that too.Tried calling RFE - no answer. Hold music for half an hour before I gave up. I'm now the proud owner of two unusable RFE cardio machines.

I purchased a treadmill which now needs a new motor. I placed the order for a motor in June 2015. After chasing up the company they do not expect the motor to be in till end of October. I suggest that before you buy any of their products consider the after sales service. They haven't even offered to replace the treadmill. The choice is yours but I know what I would do in hindsight.

Had Reebok GT40s and motor went. Been chasing replacement from Reebok servicing for 4 months and just given up after being given ETA after ETA that never materialised. Dumping the Reebok and buying another brand that’s better quality and can get parts / provide service given the cost of these machines. Update: Finally got the motor replaced and it came under warranty but still a very poor service to get there.

Reebok sell nice equipment but if it goes wrong even in the warranty period don't expect them to care or help. As other reviews state they have problems getting spare parts, surely they should keep some treadmill motors in stock. For months my treadmill has been out of action with no end in site. Buy elsewhere folks, avoid #Reebok #rfeinternational
