Kuoni , a tale in three parts.... Having booked in 2019 with Kuoni for a holiday to the Maldives for 8 people for March 2020, excitement wasn't the word, more like super overjoyed.However the unthinkable, dreaded Covid happened and the holiday was re-arranged to a worse island than we'd chosen and then the holiday was cut short by 4 days.We were unceremoniously dumped at Manchester airport rather than Newcastle and had to make our own arrangements to get back home.We were initially told by Kuoni that there would be no compensation whatsoever, for the 4 day loss of holiday and huge taxi cost to get home.My first thought was that I would never book with them again and felt totally let down by an allegedly financially secure , well renowned company. Once I'd had a word with myself though and did some digging..... I eventually found a fantastic liaison person called Wendy , who via email conversations, listened to the reasoning behind why we should have been compensated and hey presto compensation was awarded to the people in the group who were not compensated by their insurance providers.This led to a tentative back pedal on my behalf and leads me to part two of the Kuoni tale......

We have just returned from a holiday of a lifetime in the Maldives booked through Sharna in Kuoni Metro Centre. This trip had to be changed a few times due to the Pandemic and the restrictions put in place, but each time we were informed of all changes and new rules that may have effected our travel. Sharna did a fantastic job and kept us up to date with all nessceary information and helped in changing the dates of the holiday to best suit us. She sold this holiday to us based on her own experiences in Kuramathi. This should definitely be on your to go to list!!!. Its just Amazing, the Island was perfect, the staff were all friendly and helpful and the accommodation was out of this world (Thundi Water Villa with Pool) even if you try it for a few nights. GREAT SERVICE all round. Thank you.

We recently went on Honeymoon to Dubai / Maldives through Kuoni and it was without a doubt the best holiday we have been on.Originally the honeymoon was booked for June 2020 but unfortunately due to Covid-19 our wedding was moved several times to April 2021 and then to December 2021 - We ideally wanted to go on honeymoon straight after the wedding.From start to finish Kuoni were outstanding, from the original booking with Linda Taylor through to Laura Robertson & Eve Jetten. Given so much uncertainty with Covid-19 they kept in constant communication and accommodated our every need – even when it was moved to December which is peak time of year for the Maldives.Dubai was great and we fully recommend the TAJ Hotel downtown but it was really Kuramathi in the Maldives which stole the show. It really is an unforgettable place.The food is fantastic (definitely go for select all inclusive) and the people are so friendly, it is without question the best place we have ever been too, pure paradise!The trip was made even better, particularly by Eve Jetten, who at short notice managed to book a private dining experience as a surprise to my wife on our last night which really capped off the whole honeymoon.Booking through Kuoni was the best thing we ever did, the service was incredible and if you are getting married the wedding gift list option is brilliant.Thank you to everyone at Kuoni Metro Centre for this unbelievable experience, hopefully see you all again soon!Paris & Lucy Guillot

Amazing, friendly, knowledgeable staff ( Laura, Shauna, Adam, Nicola) always provide range holiday options for consideration with no pressure to book and 1st class aftercare service. Would never travel or book with any other than Kuoni Metro Centre. Fabulous store amazing in store customer service, highly recommend.Just back from Maldives trip in October and already booked a Thailand for February.

I felt compelled to write a review about the outstanding service received by Linda Taylor at the Metrocentre branch of Kuoni. I met Linda a few years ago when she found me an amazing deal to Mauritius that we couldn't believe we could afford due to the amazing deal she found us, and since then she has excelled in helping us get our bucket list locations ticked off the list. Following a family emergency that meant 3 days before our holiday to St Lucia last week we had to cancel. The booking was non refundable however Linda worked tirelessly to get both airline and hotel to swap dates for us which after countless emails she managed to do and saved us thousands of pounds and saved our holiday. After such an awful 3 years with the pandemic we feel we really need this holiday so it has meant everything to us. All of the staff at Metrocentre Kuoni have been absolutely amazing but Linda in particular has gone above and beyond. Well done Kuoni, you really do have the best people working for you and I wouldn't consider booking with anyone else.

We booked our honeymoon through kuoni, sharna is who looked after us through the whole process and i have tonsay she is an absolute credit to the company.Everything sorted, all our boxes ticked even finding a island which we could take our little one to !We will be returning to kuoni and sharna for our next big trip away !

Outstanding service from start to finish, all the staff at the Metrocentre branch have been fantastic, particularly Linda.From an initial enquiry about a trip to Vietnam to the finished 3 week trip their expertise and advice was invaluable and made the whole experience a joy. We had a five centre trip involving multiple internal flights and we were constantly updated during our trip on collection/drop off arrangements and were never let down. At every airport there was a smiling Kuoni rep to meet us and get us to our hotel in private transport and provide contact info and advice, made everything a pleasure and removed any stress knowing you were in safe hands.This is the fourth or fifth time we’ve had the pleasure of organising a long distance trip with Kuoni after using other operators previously and they remain head and shoulders over their competitors.

We can't thank Sharna enough for her knowledge, support and securing such a good deal for us.The Kuoni experience has been amazing and it really shows the difference to other package holiday providers as it is a step above the rest!From the get go we have had all information we may need. We met our Kuoni/Go travel representatives at the airport and they gave us contact information, local knowledge and excellent choice of excursions to book.Could not fault the hotels or transfers, even thing was smooth sailing.We would fully recommend Kuoni.

Amazing experience and felt very welcomed whilst speaking to the team! Michael spent a lot of time helping us pick our destination and picked a superb holiday in the Maldives which surpassed all our expectations!
