We had a visit today from Hannah to get her to take a look at some issues one of our French Bulldogs was having. We learnt more from Hannah in less than an hour about our dog and what his issues may be than we have from anywhere else in the (almost) 7 years we have had him. We now have a plan in place and feel like we'll be able to get him sorted. She's incredibly knowledgable and explains things in a way that you don't need to be a vet to understand. Highly recommended!

Casper has been registered at this vets since we first brought him home. They came to our home to vaccinate him and got lots of fuss.He has a very sensitive stomach and has also had a UTI and they are always so lovely and understanding and just put my mind at ease that he’ll get the best care when I’m not with him

We had our first vet visit today! Super friendly staff! Our frenchie didn’t want to leave- he was crying outside the door to be let back in haha the set up is very nice as well doesn’t feel like a doctors office so definitely a more relaxing atmosphere for the pet when they enter! We also got to meet some farm animals on the way out which was a very wholesome experience :)

Have had all 4 of my cats registered with these for over a year now.. never needed their services untill my 3rd cat started to limp on one of his front paws .. I booked him in which was super easy and convenient and dropped him off at the hub.. which is handy because it's so wonderfully laid out and made him feel at ease being seen by the vet as he is usually a miserable moggie...

Compassionate, Competent and incredibly Capable! It has taken me 14 years to trust a vet for my elderly cat. The service received was outstanding and tailored to my cat. I cannot recommend this Veterinary Surgery enough. They were prompt and efficient. I felt listened to and the needs of my cat were put first.I received a home-visit within 24 hours of my first call. An operation was booked the next day.Thank you Bramble and Bear. You are a phenomenal team. I will be recommending you to colleagues and clients alike.

Very good level of service. Moved from previous vets as they did not perform a blood test on our ill Dalmatian. Hannah spotted the issue straight away and now fully recovered.

The experience we had for both of our end of life treatment cats was exceptional. Anna & Hannah visited and gave us and the cats such amazing care. When we visited , we experienced such professional and caring attention.We can't rate this vetinary practice more highly.

Honestly amazing vet practice. They’ve been awesome with our cat Frank and the care he’s received has been second to none. Prices are much cheaper than elsewhere and they never try to upsell or get you to pay for unnecessary tests. Super honest, reliable and compassionate at all times.
