In and out very quickly, all the staff are wonderful, always a pleasure to pop in and donate! Can’t recommend enough! Thank you to the team and especially Rachel and Kevin for making every visit enjoyable.

In the heat of 30 degrees, I went by bus for an hour to donate blood. They kicked me out of the building and told me to go outside so that we can have lunch. I said that I will wait here, but I did not donate either and returned.

I wanted to repost my instagram post on here because my experience today at Shepherds Bush was nothing short of wonderful!Meet Deborah (excuse the blurry photo)Deborah is a mother, a daughter, a sister and expertly qualified needle technician. She was trained in Harley Street, she could work in any private medical practice she likes but she chooses to work in shepherd bush blood donor centre. She is taking care of a brother with cancer, and she takes care of people like me who are totally freaked out by needles but she is nothing short of an angel. She is a half Trinidadian half Venezuelan, with Scottish blood. You can tell you puts 100% into the service she is delivering at Shepherds Bush.Sometimes in life you cross paths with the unexpected. I went to give blood this morning in a rush, I wanted to get in and out as quickly as I could so I could get back to work. After meeting Deborah, I didn’t want to leave. When I did leave, I immediately looked up when I can donate again.I just had no idea how to honour her, all I could think of was this post. The only way i can think to repay her is to encourage you all to donate! Please go give blood guys. It’s so easy and you might just meet a real living breathing angel.

Really great place to donate blood. Good snacks, friendly staff. I often feel a bit shaky and sick after (don't let that put you off if you haven't donated before, it's not super common, it doesn't last long and you get extra snacks) and they're so patient and reassuring.

Was really a pleasant place to go to donate blood. It’s well run, and didn’t take very long at all to be processed. The staff are kindly too.

This is a really handy place to give blood as you can almost always get an appointment. The staff are really friendly. It can be hard to find in the shopping centre but on the help boards you can search for it and it will give you directions.
