Pridelands Boarding Kennels and Cattery

Left my two dogs here for a week while away for a holiday. They were well looked after and seemed very happy. Staff were helpful and welcoming. Will be coming back soon :)

Our Goldendoodle Luna has been going to Daycare a couple of days a week for the last year now. She absolutely loves it! All the staff are very friendly and Luna is always happy to see them. Doggie daycare is a great way to socialise your puppy too, Luna was 4 months old when she started.It means she's not sat at home on her own when we are both out at work for the day. Can't recommend this enough.

I have been so impressed with Pridelands. We've got a very energetic 2 year Border Collie and Pridelands came recommended to us. The process before the stay reassured us - we were able to have so much choice about the walking and her involvement with other dogs. Our dog seems to have lost all recall and I was a little nervous about making sure that she stays on the lead for her walk but Pridelands were completely on top of everything and listened to our requirements.The staff are really great - friendly, professional and understanding. Perhaps the best proof of how good her stay at Pridelands is just how happy our dog was when she came home - totally relaxed and calm. She's had three stays there now and, on returning, she is obviously so happy to be back there. It's great to know she's in such safe hands.

Our dog was boarded there and ended up nearly loosing an eye - the vet thought through some chemical contact. The kennels never noticed damage to her eye, (which was clearly evident) and denied any wrongdoing but she was healthy prior to us leaving her with them. I have never taken her back since.

The whole team at Pridelands have been exceptional in trying to make our somewhat complicated rescue feel safe and comfortable. They are a group of tremendously dedicated and lovely individuals, and we’re so grateful to have found people we trust to look after our dog when we need to leave her.

I took my two French bulldogs to this kennel and trusted them which now I really regret. My boy was clearly fed other food than what was provided. We went away for two weeks and came back to a very thin and sick dog on antibiotics and rotten raw food which they had clearly not kept at the required temperature.We had several vet bills in the thousands after the fact, they had clearly mistreated my puppy and I’m genuinely shocked by the lack of care! Very upsetting!

Our two spaniels love going to Pridelands Kennels both for boarding and 'Doggie Day-care'. We have always had the most positive experience with all the lovely, caring staff over the last few years of sending our beloved pets to Pridelands. Our dogs are always excited when we arrive and come home well exercised and content. Every request or instruction has always been met and we highly recommend Pridelands to all.

Our dog's have been staying at pridelands for a good few years. They love it. Staff are caring and have a close relationship with all animals. I'm impressed that they always remember our dog's names and we leave them knowing they are well cared for.

We have been using Prideland for 10 years now.For Patterjack Kevin. Kevin is a nervous dog, and they take care to exercise him one-to-one with another dog. No more. At our request. He goes in with his rug and his toys, and the latest praise for them is that due to South Africa suddenly going onto the red list, Kevin ended up with an extra 2 1/2 weeks with them. I was in pieces. Pridelands kept me updated with photos and videos to show me that he was okay. We collected him today, he couldn’t have been happier to see us any more than we were to see him. Thank you Prideland for taking such good care of him.
