Prices are about same as most others. Staff in this store are exceptional. Great service, attentitive, nothing too much trouble. This is how a retail experience should be, and how I remember how shoes used to be bought.

Absolutely great customer service in here today. I explained that i was a size 5/5.5 and was struggling to find any trainers that fit correctly. The lady that served me today i am really sorry i didnt get your name was really helpful. She went straight to the computer to see what stock was available in my size. To my surprise there were 3 pairs available. So she brought all 3 pairs out for me to try on as i was unsure which ones i wanted. I was amazed that the store could bring up all the stock that they had available in store in the size i required. I wish all stores did this. I won't lie this was the 1st time of shopping here but it certainly wont be my last. Thank you so much.

Alittle tight around the shop as the shoes are here there and everywhere. Staff running around trying to help people. We felt it was too busy in there for us.

Usually have good experience with this shop. Always super tidy and plenty of staff willing to help. Unfortunately when I visited today the girl who served me got a bit confused.. I was asking about a size 4 in some Dr Martens and it took about 3 minutes for her to search on the machine for them but she wasn't looking at the correct brand or size. She told me they were unavailable. Not wanting to make things uncomfortable I left, so maybe staff need training more? Because I came back later and asked another staff member to see if they had them and they said yes. Otherwise a very nice store.

Good customer service, good quality products with quite a few good sales (As well as student discounts that apply on top of regular reductions - bonus!).However the store is quite cramped, and at certain busy times can be a very hard store to get around.

I have bought the boots from schuh store and the sole started to shed from first use . Try to return but refused .how come a good quality shoe sole started to shed just for first use . After complain they advised me to go their peterborough store and manager was really not in a mood to deal it properly. Says it wear and tear . Not accepted not going to shop again.

I had an on line order to collect. Swift service, easy collection. I have purchased inshore previously, staff are helpful and efficient, good selection of footwear, nit always the norm, makes this store interesting .
