In desperate need of a refurbishment. Ergonomically poor seats, poor ventilation and high temperature in summer means two hours is about the most you could stand. Acoustically also found it to be not very good - yes the surround sound speakers works very well, but overall doesn’t sounds particularly good as a setup for a cinema (very narrow sound stage with not particularly good definition - feels more like being in a small room with very loud volumes).Overall don’t think I’ve ever felt a cinema ever prevented myself from enjoying a film till I’ve visit here. Won’t recommend especially there’re so many choices in the area.

A nice, large cinema with friendly staff who service your needs very quickly. Ticket prices are high, but not if you get health insurance from Vitality. The large popcorn costs £6.5 but they are much larger than the Vue Cinema's.The only slightly annoying thing about this cinema is the ads. Keep in mind that when the website says the movie will start at #:##am/pm, count 25 mins. of additional time & that is when the movie will actually begin. Hope this helps.

Convenient city centre location. You have no idea how big it was from the outside, it's like a cinema tardis. Good spread of films on offer and the only one that offered audio descript for the film we wanted locally. Staff were excellent at setting us up at the last minute as we had to travel into town. Why 4 stars? The audio descript let us down, and it's the second time for this specific Odeon (last time was years ago). Not the staffs fault, the hardware failed. Staff set us up with complimentary tickets after so 5 stars for them specifically! We will go back.

Lift not working onmy visit. Staff didn't care, no assistance offered to me as a disabled person. Very few customers in. Late finish to film. Could have started earlier.

Nice staff. Our viewing was cancelled due to projector issues but they gave us a refund and moved our viewing which was excellent. The place could do with a freshen up as it’s a little rundown. There was not much legroom but comfortable enough seats.

Really friendly staff, good sized screens and rooms. Only thing I noticed was that the audio seemed slightly out of sync on the left and right speakers but was only noticeable during music in the film.

Can't really complain about the price as it was £3 cinema day, but the seats are awful. The arm rests are restricting and seats have barely any padding.
