Shiv and Dave have been fantastic, they drove from York to London to collect items for us and then drove back to York to deliver. From collection to delivery the service was exceptional with great care taken with our items. Thank you guys!!!

The lads were brilliant and made the house move much less stressful. They were happy to do an extra trip which we hadn't planned for which was great! Nothing but praise and would definitely recommend for anyone moving home!

We needed help re-arranging some very cumbersome and heavy furniture in a hurry because of a medical problem. We rang them at about lunchtime and they said they'd be with us between 3 and 4. They managed to get here a bit early and made what we thought would be a difficult job easy and for a very reasonable price.They made a very stressful situation much easier and we're very grateful.

Excellent service, arrived on time for pickup. Delivery was a bit late due to an accident on the way but Dave (The driver) kept me updated. Dave was very helpful. Thank you !

The team of two packed up and moved us out of our property. They were friendly, worked quickly and took care with our items. The team had to do a second trip for a couple of larger items, but as it was only a short journey between properties, it didn't make a huge difference. When they returned, they quickly finished putting items into the correct rooms and also put together pieces of furniture. We would use them again if we have a need for their services.

These guys were fantastic - professional, careful and gave a good price. I would use them again for sure.

My experience with My House Removals was absolutely perfect. I live alone and was overwhelmed by the prospect of moving from a flat to my house but Shiv came to my flat the day after I made contact to establish what work needed to be done. I got a realistic quote and on the packing day, he arrived promptly with Dave and packed up my entire flat in about two hours. The following day , both of them came back with another colleague and loaded my items and moved them. I found the entire process very easy and smooth. They were very careful with all my belongings and there was no single damage to any of my belongings. Their attention to detail and professionalism was very impressive. I was so pleased with how everything went and will be recommending them to everyone I know. If you are thinking of booking them, just go ahead. You will not regret it. I really can't thank them enough.

Excellent. Shiv took the booking short notice and gave a quote straight away. I bought furniture online and needed it collecting and bringing to my address. I had some problems with the seller changing their available collection times, but Shiv worked around it and continued to reply quickly. Seamless delivery, and offered to email a receipt so that the van wasn’t hanging around in busy traffic. Could not be better. Will use again. Thanks!
