We have been extremely pleased with the service from Jamie at Jet This Way.He and his assistant, Jake, worked in extremely hot weather to clean our roof and completed it in 2 days.Jamie was very efficient, explaining the process before starting the work and the debris was completely cleared away at the end of each day. From the moment Jamie first came to quote for the work he was friendly, knowledgeable and really enthusiastic about his work. This filled me with confidence that he was the right person for this job and we went for a full roof steam clean and biocide treatment of the house and garage. Throughout the whole process Jamie worked hard and his passion for turning a moss covered roof into a roof to be proud of shows in his work and the end results. While I was at work Jamie kept me updated with pictures along the way which was great to see the difference in the roof as the clean progressed. When the work was completed a full clean up of the surrounding areas was carried out which was much appreciated as you would be surprised how much comes off your roof during the clean. I would highly recommend Jamie to anyone looking for this kind of work to be carried out.

I’m absolutely delighted with the work Jamie carried out on my driveway. From beginning to end, Jamie was professional and personable. Jamie was just brilliant. He jet washed my decking and it looked good as new afterwards. He was full of good advice and helped me determine where my damp problem is coming from inside, he checked my roof and gutters and cleaned the gutters where necessary. Very impressive roof clean of my bungalow, just fantastic! Jamie and Kelvin performed a roof scrape, steam clean and biocide treatment, the results of which were amazing! The roof is now totally free of moss and algae. Not only that, but the terracotta colour of the concrete tiles have been restored to what they looked like as a new build in 1985, evidenced by a neighbour who commented on how their house looked like when purchased all those years ago. A full tidy up was performed after the clean, with all the guttering, soffits and facias including windows left sparkling clean and the site returned to normal as before. Jamie takes great pride in his work, is punctual, totally professional, enthusiastic, hard working, meticulous and engages with the customer extremely well, communicating updates throughout the process. Also very impressive was the 'state of the art' equipment used including a 'cherry picker' that enabled the clean to take place without the need to step onto the roof at any time thus maintaining the integrity of the roofing tiles. Jamie spent two full days cleaning and treating the roof of our semi detached house. Not only the moss but all the dirt and years of grime were removed leaving the roof looking like new. When the roof was done Jamie cleaned all the gutters, washed down all the walls and left the surrounding area clean and tidy.
