I have booked na appointment for 4pm, sat and waited in the saloon for nearly 20min till one of the hairdresser said she's running late. I had mentioned that I had only 1h lunch when I was booking the appointment. No call or anything. Another appointment offered in a week's time.... Unacceptable. Avoid

Very good salon, very professional and the girls really cheer you up always have a laugh, been a customer for over 10 years so they must be doing something right lol

Jen is by far the best hairdresser I've come across. Motivated, friendly, excellent at her work. I've had a few bad experiences, walked past the salon, jewel in the Musselburgh crown! The salon & staff are so welcoming, it's nice to be there.

I booked through Google maps online whilst I was visiting friends. I was nervous and had booked late the night before, I didn't book for a cut and finish after my colour (which was my mistake). Chloe was so professional and friendly and managed to fit me in and have me leaving the salon with my hair freshly highlighted, toned and finished. I am not local but I would definitely book again.

Had such a lovely experience booking last minute for a cut and blow dry. Jen was so complimentary and did a really amazing job styling my hair straight with curly exactly as I wanted even if it’s super long and curly and takes extra effort. 100% would go back the atmosphere was so comfortable and the salon felt amazing!

Been going to Jen at Eivissa for about 12yrs now. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Jacq, Jen and Chloe are amazing at what they do. The salon is welcoming, friendly and we always enjoy our visits.

Went to see Jacq on Saturday to sort out my well over due highlights that previous hairdressers had been messing up , missing bits and cutting corners!! My hair is now back to its former glory and it's all down to this lovely lady!!

Treated so kind -even asked what I’d like for lunch!very polite and professional the entire atmosphere is friendly and genuine. Chloe was fabulous lots of advice and tips she transformed my hair beyond words .

Amazing, friendly and vibrant salon and I walked out today with the best cut and highlights I’ve ever had! Jacqueline took time to thoroughly assess what I wanted and recommended a great value service that left me with hair looking better than I ever thought it could.
