First time here the only thing that spoil it after a 5 lovely starter's and 6 mains was all of the pudding thats was ordered was hot pudding came cold l mean every one they did put it right but l do think after a bill of £177 we should have had a discount offered

Asked for a well done steak got it pink inside told them about it . they did offer to do me another steak but my chips and peas and sauce would have been stone cold paid full price

The food was awful we got steak and asked for it medium rare it was overcooked. Tomatoes were stone cold. Asked for a dessert I was told we can order later and when I wanted to order she said kitchens closed. We paid £60 for 2 people. The deals aren’t true as there’s supplements that they don’t explain properly. It was our first time and we will definitely not be coming back.

Overall the experience at the Vic in Lockwood wasn't bad. I was surprised at how nice, comfortable & clean the place was both inside and out. The waitress who was basically working alone out front was doing a grand job. She was very polite. The interior itself was very light and inviting and modern looking. The food was delicious except we did wait 45 minutes for it to arrive when the pub only had a handful of people inside, hence that was the only disappointing" thing
