B & Z Hair Salon

I have Been coming here for years now. It's next to my office in London Bridge. Z knows how to cut hair. It's the only place I have ever been where my hair retains its shape even weeks after it's been cut. It also grew out really nicely during the pandemic without it looking all weird. That's a true hallmark of a good barber for me. I usually make a trip in to office when working remotely just to get my hair cut with Z rather than bother with anyone else near where I live in golders green. Only thing I recommend is to go in without any product on your hair or ask for a shampoo before cutting so that they cut it as your hair naturally sits and falls. The quality is worth at least twice the price they ask for in my experience.

Great place, great haircut. The barber's English wasn't great, but he definitely skilled, more so than you usually see in places like Supercuts. Took his time to see what I wanted, and I came out pleased!

I came to London for the weekend, I forgot my hairbrush and went to B and Z hairdressers to see if they sold any hair brushes/combs. They said that they didn’t, so I thanked them and went to walk out the shop. They then shouted me back and gave me a hairbrush that they said that they had never used. They completely went out of their way for me. So grateful for your kindness. Thank you once again!

Despite it being lunchtime, and the place appearing to be at full capacity, I was seen to almost immediately. The barber asked carefully what I wanted, and seemed to be very careful and focused the entire time he was at work. From experience, it's difficult to find a decent barber in this part of London so I was happy to have found this place.

Horrible service and attitude here. I've used them a number of times, between them the two barbers" that run this place know 5 haircuts. If you want to deviate from those 5 haircuts- you have a problem.Went in for what was supposed to be a quick fade cut. It ended up taking 40minutes as I told the barber that the two sides of my head are miss matched and not symmetrical. He started kicking off that I am complaining for no reason

Really great barber shop.I was seated as soon as I walked in. I told the barber what I wanted for a cut; he walked me step by step what he was doing, trying to get my desired style but also explaining that my hair type would make it hard. He was very patient while explaining and made it a positive experience to get my haircut and also learn about my hair.Good price, such a steal to find in Central London. Would come again, thanks for the haircut!

Low quality place. They only take cash and cant do skin fade.For men above 50 years old, can be ok. But for young people, it is a big NO.
