I would certainly NOT recommend these! After spending £1200 On a surprise present that didn't fit they refused to refund me and instead gave me a credit note! As the rest of the shop contains mostly cheap and nasty I've refused and now taking them to court! Be wary of nasty places like this, there are plenty of good places to choose!

I used Copes to have a ring resized and received excellent customers service. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and carried out the resize while I waited. The cost was less than I expected.A great independent business that I can happily recommend.

really nice staff, really nice products. BUT do not come for watch repairs. they couldn’t get the bottom of my watch open and left the whole underside of it with deep scratches and didn’t tell me that they had. however they are currently trying to ‘polish’ them out for free but yet to find out if that is actually possible or not

I recently bought my wife a watch from Cope Jewellers for her birthday. The service was friendly and excellent, they were not pushy and there was no hard sell. My wife is delighted with the watch, and I would thoroughly recommend this jewellers.

I needed a quick jewellery repair on my bracelet so I nipped in to Cope to see if they could assist. The lady that served me was so lovely and friendly, she was more than happy to help. Even though it was a 2 minute job, they didn't charge me so I just wanted to say thank you so much for your time and efforts! :-)
