Southend Suzuki

I have brought my second suzuki from here. Martin helped me from stretch get a car to meet my needs. He was very helpful, kept me updated and still two years down the line helps me with any work I want to have done on my car. Great dealership, all lovely people who work here and very handy being close by.

Poor all round. Nobody at reception when I arrived at 8.10am, was told I was a bit early (they are meant to open at 8am). Car booked in for MOT and yearly service. 6 hours later I was told the car had passed the MOT, but the mechanic wouldn’t service it until he returned from lunch. Collected car and was told the service had revealed a small problem with one of the rear wheel brake shoes ‘binding’. Shocked to learn this after the car had passed MOT hours earlier. Told the problem could not be looked at for a couple of weeks because they were so busy. After collecting the car and driving 15 miles home, discovered the service book had not been stamped. Phoned to complain and was told the only way they could stamp the book was if I made the 30 mile return tripand they would do it if I produced my receipt for the service. Shocking attitude. One less customer for Suzuki Southend.

Just browsing but a smashing salesman came and stood in the pouring rain to give us details on cars we were interested in. Having had a suzuki for the past 14 years I would seriously recommend anyone to have one if they're after reliability and value for money.

Great customer services from Brian General Manager who phoned a colleague who then drove over to sort out a technical problem. Was not rushed felt reasured and it was explained in a way I understood. I bought the car last week and could not be happier!!

Was a pleasure to do business with, Brian is a gentleman offered me tea and coffee had my car sitting clean with all the fluids checked with half a tank of fuel ready for my long drive back to Ireland, will definitely do business with again A++++

MOT on Car - Customer Services To Be Desired By Brian the Manager. Having booked my car into Sukuki, i then received a call saying that the MOT had failed on a tyre. Sukuki work with PDT Tyres. So i said no problem please change the tyre so it passes the MOT, even the MRS rang them to confirm. Then i get another call saying all done pick up Saturday. Knowing the PDT Tyres for 6 years that they have never had my tyre that quick i was presently surprised. So i went today to collect my car and the tyre hadnt been fitted ? Then the Customer Services Manager Brian says i need to sign a waiver as its failed the MOT of which i replied why didnt you replace the tyre, for him to state because you obviously didnt tell us too. Clearly a person who needs some extra training on customer services and how this guy is a manager is laughable. For a moment i thought i was the customer !

We have today collected the third Suzuki we have bought from Southend Suzuki. Once again Martin went out of his way to help us and even took me to the Post Office so that I could tax the car. We have never met such an efficient, friendly and helpful dealer before. Well done Southend Suzuki and especially Martin.

Martin will always have my loyalty and respect.. He makes me feel like part of the Suzuki family.. Very proud to be riding around in my little swift which I will be upgrading to a Vitara soon!! Thanks Martin for all your help and kindness these last 3 years

Purchased a 65 Reg Suzuki S Cross SX4 1.6 DDIS SZ-T. The car was fully serviced and a full year MOT was given, as well as a full valeting for the car. The customer service from Martin was excellent. Most helpful, friendly and informative. The attention to detail was top draw, no hard sale attitude. Would strongly recommend Suzuki Southend when purchasing a new or used car.

The team at Southend Suzuki are very friendly and very helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Bought a car from them in April and Austin was very helpful and knowledgeable on the cars. Would definitely recommend going to see them if you are thinking of buying a Suzuki.
