Hello,This car park is not secure, all pedestrians can enter it without any problem...We had the back window of our car broken and our stuff stolen on 20th mai. I would not recommend this car park and I can see that this has happened to other people recently by reading the reviews.I think this car park is a target by being close to Regent street and Oxford street, so park elsewhere ☹️

Good car park conveniently located for the general area, but HUGELY expensive £55 for 7 hours parking! But then again, it is Mayfair what would anyone expect.

This car park is not safe at all. We parked on a Monday afternoon for a little over 3 hours. Came back to a smashed rear windscreen and personal belongings were stolen. It baffles me how a car park with CCTV and restricted access can be broken into.However, it appears it is a common occurrence - they even put a notice up of masked men committing similar crime.DO NOT PARK HERE.

Ignore old reviews about safety. We parked there today for a few hours to do some shopping. The entrance is secured for both cars and pedestrians so not easy to get in. There was a security office near the entrance monitoring the cars coming in and out plus a cleaner who was helpful in guiding us to the lifts on level 4A. Spaces are tight but not too bad.Amazing location and price was really good for central London. Will use again!
