Buzz Bingo and The Slots Room Gloucester

Not a fan of bingo but lovely little hall nice atmosphere and nice staff

Was visiting Gloucester for the day to check it out as I am considering moving to the area. Went to play bingo at Buzz Gloucester yesterday lunchtime and was very pleasantly surprised by how good it was. The facilities were very clean and well kept; the go go bingo devices were lovely and clean which made a lovely change from some very dirty and sticking ones I've used lately at other clubs, and the disabled loo was spotless. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. It was quiet as you'd expect for a Tuesday lunchtime but I thoroughly enjoyed myself and felt very relaxed walking around the club. I did win a few quid but even if I hadn't won anything I would still definitely want to come back. One of the best if not the best Buzz club I have visited so far. Well done to all the staff you are doing a great job and thank you!

Lovely friendly staff and great games and food. Would highly recommend Adrian one of the staff there. Very pleasant to speak to and a great speaker. Ask him to recommend a slot!

Bingo was really good fun especially with the tables, slots were alright and the food was okay. Definitely good fun as a group activity

Had fun, probably could have done with a few more staff and some help to understand exactly how to use the tablets, I missed a win because of it.Overall though, good fun.

The staff has not time or patience to help new members. At 17:15 we were waiting on the queue as everybody else for at least 10 minutes. When we got there to the desk we asked kindly to Jon what we have to do to play as we were beginners, he gave us papers for the main event at 19:00 and he told us he would send somebody else to explain what to do... at 18 o'clock we left really disappointed because we couldn't play and no one bothered....
