Impeccable Behaviour I just want to say a massive thank you to penny , I highly recommend her .Today was our last session and I am so ever grateful.When I started Molly’s behaviour suddenly turned very aggressive to the point she was biting me or others to the point at times I was bleeding .I was in a very dark place because we love Molly so much and we wanted out little sweet dog back , at one point I was prepared to give her away .But 3 months ago Penny came into our life and with her hard work and mine we now have our sweet molly back .The journey wasn’t easy and hard work was involved but with her support and training WE DID .So thank you very much for everything ❤️

The name of the this business not only reflects the outcome that customers will receive from the training, but the adjective 'impeccable' consistently runs through all aspects of service Penny provides. We had the pleasure to work together with Penny twice as we have two dogs. The 1st time was 9 years ago and we had one-to-one training for our puppy back then. This time around we were in lockdown, so we could only do the training remotely. Initially, we were a bit worried how it would work, but it has been very efficient and successful. Penny provides very clear content that is easy to follow. First session was with a shared screen on zoom, where Penny shared with us a presentation on anything and everything to know prior to welcoming our puppy to our home. Upon arrival of the puppy, we started with training. Penny provided us with videos of fun exercises we can do with the puppy. Training was like play time for the puppy and he was learning while having fun. We then recorded our own videos and shared them with Penny. We would then have a follow up call with her, where she gave us her feedback on the exercise videos we had submitted back. Penny was very responsive and happy to assist with any queries also between our sessions but we really did not need to approach her often. Her videos are so clear and straight forward. To cut a long review short, we would and will call upon Penny's training over and over again and are delighted to recommend her, like she had in turn, been recommended to us!

Penny came to the rescue for our rescue dog who was having reactivity and anxiety issues that increased during lockdown 1. She listened and took us back to basics. He's improved a lot and i feel that we now understand him and his neuroses a lot more. We can accommodate him as we understand him better. He found the visits and training fun and engaging and tiring. We will continue to build upon what we have been taught. Consistency is key.Would recommend Penny for sure!

I would highly recommend Penny. Our 6 month old puppy's behaviour was getting so bad that we were beginning to despair but with Penny's help we now have a lovely young cocker spaniel that is a pleasure to have. Penny was so lovely and friendly. She visited once a week and we had notes to refer to. We could also send her videos between visits so she could make suggestions. She really improved our relationship with our puppy and gave us a much happier home for which we are truly grateful.

I’m so pleased I found Impeccable Behaviour! I can highly recommend Penny. Her consistently gradual and gentle approach was perfect for Buddy my dog and excellent for me as I was new to dog behaviour training. Penny provides a dog behaviour training programme with a difference. Weekly face to face sessions are followed up by detailed notes that are sent promptly. Progress is monitored between visits via training videos which are sent to Penny and she will give feedback to ensure you and your dog are on the right track.Prior to finding Penny’s dog behaviour training programme I had very little hope that Buddy’s problem behaviours were ever going to improve, but I’m delighted to say that now the future looks bright.Thank you so much!

We cannot recommend Penny highly enough. Our Rottie Fred is a loveable, friendly boy, but out of the blue became reactive to other entire males and his recall failed. We wanted to avoid castration but had lost confidence and were walking in areas that meant we could avoid meeting people. Penny was recommended by our vet. We were sceptical at first - could we really teach our 2 year old new tricks, after all we'd never stopped working hard to teach him good manners? But after speaking to Penny we decided to give it a go and couldn't be happier with the results. Penny's teachings are bespoke and the programme changed as she observed Fred and what he responded to best. And it's not just commands, we've learned how to read Fred's body language (who knew there was a left and right wag) and the body language of other dogs. Penny was in constant contact throughout the programme - this was definitely not just a once a week session, and it became the highlight of the week to receive her feedback on our filming and our handbook with our focus for the coming week. We were truly disappointed when we realised we had completed our 8 week programme, but it has to be said that the journey did not end there - Penny continued to support as we applied our learnings in real life situations, and we know if we need her again that we can pick up where we left off. All in all, thoroughly recommend.

Penny has been very helpful for us. We now have strategies which we can revert to instead of panicking . She doesn’t judge and is very calm and knowledgeable. The regular communication is invaluable. We would not hesitate to recommend Penny if you need assistance with your dog.

We would like to say a huge thank you to Penny for her invaluable help in addressing some of the specific challenges we have faced with our very anxious toy poodle.It is hard to describe how incredibly grateful we are for all of the help and guidance that she has given us over the last few weeks. She helped us through a challenging time and we truly do not know how we would have got through them without her support.We have found Penny to be incredibly knowledgeable and committed; she has really understood the issues we have faced and gave us practical ways in which to address them. The training was tailored to our specific needs and not only did we really enjoy the sessions but we particularly valued the support provided following each of these, with notes to remind us of the points covered, short film clips demonstrating how to carry out the training step by step and regular contact to ensure that we were progressing as planned.We have learned so much, have made incredible progress (that we would not have believed would be possible at the start!) and are very grateful additionally for all of her patience, kindness and support. We feel so reassured to know that we could call on her again. We cannot recommend Penny highly enough.

Penny offered a very comprehensive and personalized plan of training our 1 year old GSD. He was a lockdown puppy and unfortunately didn't get enough exposure to various social situations. As a result we had a dog that could not cope with any visitors to the house. He was aggressive, anxious and very territorial. We've just completed the course and although I can't say we've turned him around yet, we now know how to tackle his problems, how to work with him and to understand his behaviour in the first place. Penny has definitely opened our eyes to the reasons behind his behaviour but also gave us confidence and the know how to deal with it. We can see how things affect him, how well he's responding to a different approach and we feel that there's been some improvement already. We just have to keep at it, work hard and keep practicing. And we know that Penny is at hand in case we need more support for another month. I would definitely highly recommend going for this type of help if having issues with your dog. I only wish we had done it earlier.

Penny is absolutely fantastic! Due to lockdown we haven't socialized our puppy as well as we'd hoped to noises so he barks lots. Penny has taught us valuable skills to help our puppy use his nose rather than ears when out in the garden, and additionally helped us with him jumping up and interacting with our daughter. Penny has been at the end of the phone whenever needed and her feedback to the videos we've sent her has kept us on the right path. Now it's just up to us to keep the training going! Highly recommend!For reference, Meeple was referred by the vet, so we claimed the cost on our insurance.
