We had a New Boiler installation after 30 plus years - I did lots of research & had many quotes. We chose Presh as he is extremely knowledgeable & we had full confidence that he would be the right kind of person to deal with if we had any problems. We had a boiler emergency on a late Friday afternoon. Called a couple of companies, left message and no one called me back. Then a neighbour recommended Rare Plumbing and within 15 minutes I was talking to someone who knew exactly what the fault was, told me they should be able to get the part beginning of following week and helped get my immersion hot water heater on.As promised, following Tuesday engineer was over, replaced part and all was fixed within 20 minutes. Couldn’t have asked for better service.Thank you!

Fantastic service from start to finish. Very quick response and detailed breakdown of costs. Two lovely guys sorted electrical and thermostat issues with my boiler and explained all the work and even showed me the old scaled-up elements they replaced. Plus they did the job in less time than anticipated and that saved me money off the original quote. Polite, friendly, no mess and a great experience. And now I have hot water again! Recommended!!
