We were so glad we used Brad at Let’s Move for our recent house sale. His photography is brilliant and really showed our house off to its full potential and he had secured an asking price offer within days.Brad is really approachable and friendly and kept us up to date at all times. He was also really helpful when it came to our onward purchase and was always on hand to offer advice or be sounding board for us. Nothing was too much trouble and he made the whole process really stress free. We’ll definitely be using Brad for all our future house moves. Can’t recommend him enough!

I can’t recommend Brad at Let’s Move enough! From start to finish he couldn’t have done more to help our move run smoothly and to take the stress away. He even negotiated on our purchase for us! He took fantastic photos and the virtual tour really brought our home to life and it sold for asking price in just over a week! He was always at the end of the phone providing advice and regularly checked in with us on progress. He is so passionate and enthusiastic about what he does, I am so pleased we chose Let’s Move to sell our house!

Firstly wanted to say lot of agents up North and especially in Preston can take note out of this guys book. Exceptional service, full transparency, works with buyer as well as the vendor for a win win situation and very efficient and lastly fast communication.We deal with agents in daily basis as we are Property investors in the North. Fantastic customer service.Brad said he had clients that wanted to look at the house that I was selling.Within a few days the photos, 360 video and documentation had been prepared. All of which were to an extremely high standard.That weekend the first viewer made an offer of the full asking price.Brad kept me informed throughout the sale, was always contactable, professional and friendly throughout.The house sold yesterday!!!I would definitely recommend Brad Taylor to anyone selling a property.
